Link for Land Rover feedback not working | |
Hi Mike,
Received an email from your colleagues at Land Rover Feedback requesting feedback on my new Defender - when I clicked on the supplied link within the email - it doesn't work.
More than happy to supply very positive feedback - if your colleagues want to fix their broken link and resend their emails - I'm assuming I'm not the only customer being targeted for their experience to date.
If it helps you track down the guilty party - here is the wording they used.
Dear Mr XXXX
Thank you for the recent purchase of your Land Rover Defender.
Land Rover is passionate about providing vehicles that combine sensuous style with dramatic performance and is committed to producing vehicles which meet the very highest standards of quality & customer satisfaction.
To ensure that our engineers deliver on this and meet the expectations of Land Rover owners, we invite you to participate in our online quality survey regarding your Land Rover Defender. Your feedback will be received by our engineers directly.
"Follow the broken link"
Thank you for taking the time to participate in the Land Rover Defender online quality survey. We appreciate your feedback.
