Told the dealer weeeeks ago about it
300 miles to a tankful , driveway covered . But oh no we've done a smoke test and there's no leak I was told . Perhaps the video I took of it P' ing out will convince them . I recommend the frogs legs when ere |

Use frog leg to block the hole in the fuel tank

If it was petrol could rub a bar of soap over it and would seal it temporarily.
Not very helpful for diesel though.... Hope rest of the trip goes well! |

Good luck Keith, I know the feeling! Last year, the (now gone) D3 developed a huge leak over night in France! It was draining the 80-odd litre fuel tank in just over an hour! An engine to TDi for!

Arrived back safely with same diesel leak . 5 hrs from Hull to Ayr . Yes I still have small small world in my ears .

ye man but his body language quickly changed when I blew my Leslie RS3L horns at 200psi right next to him . It was nearly a case of man overboard . The echo went right round the port of Zebruggar and there was more than my diesel spilt on the ramp .

Thanks . Im back washed , polished and garaged . Fed the chickens and cut the grass .Time for a cobra , chicken cashmiri corma and a nan .
