I would recommend buying new from a supplier, they are quite an important piece of kit, if anything did go wrong at least you will have some ground to stand on.

I have just paid £155 for terafirma ones, they do come up on eBay but still go for £120 ish
Steel are cheaper but I believe there are balancing issues.
