welcome Andy
do a search on cycle rack and you will find lots of results, it's a topic that has been covered many times. i would add, if you plan to load 4-5 bikes on the back of your truck, don't hang then on the spare wheel unless you have uprated your spare wheel carrier. it's also worth popping a "wanted" in the for-sale-wanted sub forum |

I did quite a lot of research on this in the end I wanted
4 bikes Back door to open Easy to put on / off So I went with a Rack that mounts through the spare. Suits me. See here http://www.defender2.net/forum/post230971.html#230971 |

I have a pendle bike rack, takes 4 bikes and connects to the adjustable towbar and comes with it's own tail board. BUT you need to take the bike(s) off before opening the rear door.

A few of us have the Maxxraxx 4x4 4/5 bike carriers. I for one am very happy with mine. An added bonus is you can get a wall mount for the horizontal bar - allowing you to turn it into a bike workstation in your garage.... 2013 Aintree Green 110 Station Wagon SX
