billing
just got tickets for billing this year 1st time going.

6hr drive down there, anyone no of hotels near by Question

There's a hotel within the grounds . Better experience camping though .

Howling moon tent is either 1.4 or 1,6 . Yes it fits my 90 Hannibal rack .

Ahhhhh ! Billing .
The daddy of all landrover shows for me .
Cut my teeth at my first ever Billing show 23yrs ago .
It brings a tear just to think Bout it . Still got my round window stickers too . It took me about 12 hrs start stop driving in an old series . Hmmm those days sadly gone .Bow down

Likewise, been to them all.

Don't camp anymore as the atmosphere is distinctly different but I still go just for old times sake.
In the old days it was very normal to make a week out of it and even many of the exhibitors got there early and it was here that the bargains were to be had. I don't tend to buy anything nowadays but just have a good wander around and then make my way home. ONE LIFE, GET IT!

We don't go anymore as weather has closed event one year postpined but all from abroad nit informed, and not also feel site is not secure for families or traders. Peterborough has replaced this show imho. Hope its a success this year for you.
