Trucklite LED lights
I'd be interested to hear from anyone that has these, or has thought about them and decided against them. I have found a few mentions of them on here but none from anyone that has them yet.
I know they aren't as sexy as some lights but if they are as bright as Trucklite say they are, and as waterproof; at their price they look like a good option.
If you have them I'd be interested to know if they work with the headlight adjusters.*

*I can't remember if they work on the lamp or the surround and it is blowing a gale outside and I don't want to go and look. Very Happy

No, you didn't... When I asked what you did yesterday you said that you made them go faster over bigger rocks and look prettier. (ANYONE ELSE READING THIS, THAT IS AN EXTREMELY SIMPLIFIED VERSION OF WHAT IRB CAN DO FOR YOU, WRITTEN ACCORDING TO MY OWN SENSE OF HUMOUR.) You didn't mention Trucklite headlamps, I suppose I could have asked but yesterday I was trying to get my defender moving again and didn't know that Trucklite did LED headlamps.

So adafish... are they any good, worth putting in the box with the turbo?

Lol...

You forgot the pink fluffy dices. Thumbs Up

We don't supply the Trucklite headlamps - we only sell the JW Speaker LED Headlamp.

In all honesty, we have always liked the Speaker lights - and although there has in the past been a couple of issues with condensation etc - The warranty and back up is second to none. And if you do have a problem it is quickly rectified (through us or Tim at mobilecentre). We also do a lifetime guarantee on the lamps for as long as you own them. Not a 1 year or 3 year as per some of the other brands.

We have Speaker lamps on all our own Defenders - without fault. The IRB demo 90" is actually running round with some of the original prototype units.

Little bit more expensive - but you pay for what you get.

Are you in sales? One of these, the cheque is in the post type blokes? Speaking of which, how is my turbo coming along?

I like your lights, but as I am one of those "cheap as chips" type blokes I like the cheaper ones as well. Especially if they come with a lifetime warranty. Not something you expect to hear in the same sentence as Landrover Defender!

I might be able to stretch to some fluffy dice though, dependant upon colour range.

Hi, just picking this thread up. I raised a similar question before buying my Trucklights and received the below link from one of the members which I found extremely helpful. I now have my Trucklights installed and extremely happy with them. I haven't noticed the 'X' that some reviews of the TLs mention. Onething you need to be aware of is that on low beam, only the top half of the lamp lights up. It hasn't bothered me though. Hope you find this useful. Good luck!

My apologies. Not sure why it was doing that. This should hopefully work;

Found the following as well while searching for the above link. Another good write-up.

Trucklite are the cheapest ECE approved LED headlamps out there today at £395 inc VAT for a pair

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231074845733?ssP...1438.l2649

They launched about a year ago at the CV show in Birmingham and are Trucklite's first ECE approved LED headlamp.

£395 combined with a three year warranty makes them an excellent entry level LED headlamp

Does this mean they are definitely E-marked? Sometimes the wording on ebay is vague...it might comply, but might not have the E-mark... ? 1998 110 300Tdi White Hard Top

I wonder if Mud UK know that the company selling the LED lights has pinched all their pictures?
