Got the Galvanized winch bumper back from the powder coaters last week so fitted the bumper and winch on Sunday.
Winch is the new Warn Zeon 12 https://www.warn.com/truck/winches/ZEON_12.shtml They have done away with the grub screw to hold the cable on. Now they have a 'loop the cable through the drum and wedge' system. Click image to enlarge |

They said it just a simple statement but written by someone who can prove competence in the fitting of winch. I competence is in taking trees down.

4 bolts and 2 cables I don't think your ins company understand the complexity of fitting a winch pop round to my workshop I will fit and give you a statement

It's the nfu.
Do you make up your own wiring from battery or buy a kit? I will be ok fitting it doesn't look hard and helped a mate fit his didn't take long. Do like that bumper looks loads better than the one I brought. |
