Interesting how it looks like it wasn't a 'chassis cab' to start with. Looks like it was a 110 hardtop? The cab isn't a proper chassis cab cab, and the body cappings are visible where they've been cut short. Something odd about the roof too.
Does look cool though and it works, just looks like a lot of effort went into it- wonder why they didn't just use a chassis can that land rover sell already? Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

Think they might have done just that, but created a bit more room in the cabin like this: http://foleysv.com/parts/cab-extension-kit

Does it say "remortgage" on the side? Must be an expensive business being rescued by them!

There was an article on these in LRO a couple of years ago - this company has a couple of them. The roofs were lowered so that they can get into multi-storey car parks. 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green |

The poor driver looked baffled as me and the wife started taking pictures of his ride. Nice wheels and yes the roof has been lowered for car park access he said 1.9mtrs clearance and the rotating beacons fold back on a hinge very cleverly. I like the wheels no idea what they are but look cool the front bumper looks heavy as hell but its there as counterweight and yes with the lowered roof not a lot of room in the cab and hence the sunvisor as none in the roof lining any more.

I don't quite get it... they lowered the roof then stuck some lights on the back that stick up just as high as the roof probably did? Or are those lights removable?
Still love that visor - just puts that lovely Series retro look on the Defender. Wish they made them in the UK. |

The lights should only be visible from the rear?
