Do you have a link?
They get mentioned now and again, but I don't think anyone on this forum has actually fitted them .... yet. Edit - I was wrong, see this thread - pretty cool. |

errr, why is it "madness" to do 100mph in a defender? they have exactly the same running gear (well, newer in fact) and suspension than the old classic rangies and disco 1's, and no-one bats an eyelid when folk mention that kind of speed.
A bit more aerodynamic yes, but not a great deal. |

I get 160 km/h on the autobahn on a cool day and no wind (ScangaugeII and GPS agree).
I think that extra 10 km/h must need a helluva lot of power Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

When I was selling my Td5 with all the crap removed it soon wizzed up to 110 mph with an Alive tune. Not sure the best for fuel economy tho.

"Stealth?"
You're having a laugh unless they're all blind or carry out your servicings at night with the lights turned off. It being black doesn't make it stealth-like you know. For me, it's the flimsy roof structure on the Defenders that always make me wary of the speed and conditions I'm driving in. Just my 2c. Cheers Simon |

Looks good, will your tune need to be "tweeked" to take the best advantage of this excellent bit of kit? Pickles. |
