Don't worry about getting home either please, I am sure the return journey will be as uneventful as the one that got you to Reading in the first place.

The media is whipping this up.
I was in Worcester on Wednesday night and I was proud to see the town open and was glad to be able to support a few establishments ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Surely the m40 will be fine... I think it's just fields/flood plains/badly placed villages that are bad..
Just leave a bit extra time for traffic/bad weather I guess would be a good plan.. Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

Just back and uneventful in terms of driving but the army turned up in a rather nice 4 axle open / canvas truck with a shed load of sand bags.

At first I thought your green ink had run out.
But now I realise it's time to buy up some land in Scotland and start a boat manufacturing company. |

Pleased to see London's gone, & we're living on the chain of tropical islands called the Cotswolds!

It would be interesting to know by how much the mean sea level has risen on that map, probably by about 50m at a guess.

I thought Leicester would be under water we can see the flood plains from our house, so far they have coped ok. Even after they built / are building a load of new houses on it not to mention the park and ride. I drive over them every day on the way to and from work. They haven't dredged the canal or river in years only a matter of time I suppose.
