I have the same set up but notice you have a ladder extention. Where did you purchase it from?? I need that small extention piece as well. As I'm off camping in Scotland in 3 weeks 110 D250 SE HT

I have a new, unused annex that zips under this to give you a nice dry room to step down into. 110 D250 SE HT

walfy, it says in the advert "lower covers" which I was hopping translates to the lower annex. if the tent is still for sale, and I manage to secure it and it does not have the lower annex then I would be very interested in yours.

Looking at the advert it says sides, which I took to be sides for the awning. Will PM a price for the annex if you buy the tent. 110 D250 SE HT
