You're in Korea right?
You may want to redo the test when the wind turns upwind from your neighbours next door in China. I bet the NOX figs will improve significantly. ****CENSORED**** |

Hi ehehRoql,
Please excuse the long reply but I think possibly your issue may lie with the EGR Valve. This is based on an old reference posted by Dgardel. The EGR deletion or blanking bit you can ignore. Maybe worth getting it checked or giving it a clean perhaps? See below. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! If its still under warranty, I would be taking it back to the local dealer and asking them to sort.

We find the best results with Mobil 1 and Amsoil Series My personal preference is the Amsoil 0W30 for Africa and Asia and Mobil 1 5W30 for colder climates. Do NOT use aftermarket oil filters - big big no no no no!!! - use ONLY LANDROVER oil filters!! ****CENSORED**** |

Think your question is about recommendations for good 2 stroke oil (2SO) after this was suggested by dgardel, yes? Be careful, because the posts thereafter were not referring to 2SO at all, but to engine oil. Leave others who are more familiar with 2SO to answer, but a search would give you plenty recommendations too. Eric You never actually own a Defender.
