Mk1, if you look at the first picture I posted the plate can be rotated 180 degrees and the box section behind the plate is offset from centre of the plate, without measuring exactly it would place the single lower stud approximately in the centre of the plate with the two other studs below. I would estimate it to be 4" lower.
If it's visibility you want the Mantec one in this thread (Ken's second post page 1) gives lots more rear view. http://www.defender2.net/forum/post230430.html If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

That's perfect, cheers. I think I'm leaning towards the nakatenenga as I'd rather not drill any holes in the body

Hi Guys,
Is there any solution for safely mounting a spare wheel inside of a 90? Bulkhead mount perhaps? Thanks, We're not stuck...just enjoying the scenery! |

What model 90? Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender
