I have the full Noise Killer kit fitted to my Double Cab - well worth the cost
I had to replace most of the plastic cups for my carpet studs as most were damaged from new.
The other area to be careful of is the seat belt retainers - don't try and pull them out. First you have to push a central pin in - they are at each end of the retainer in the part that looks like a stud and are difficult to see, and then you can release the retainers. To refit, first find the pins you pushed out, put the retainer into position and push the pins in to expand the lugs. This is the same type of fitting that is used on the top and bottom corners of the front doors.

I can confirm that the retainers on the doors are a if you dont refit correctly, although your friendly local parts dealer man may oblige with some freebies (as mine did)
The noise killer is only a faff around the bell housing on the drivers side, had to get a second pair of hands to assist with the carpet being moved out of the way. ignorance is bliss...
