Patriot Racks can be like hen's teeth. You got a good deal there for what you paid. Mine belonged historically to two other forum members. If you can get it powdercoated assembled this will prevent the dissimilar metal corrosion associated with the bolts, mine was!

Roof rack
I've got a patriot roof rack sitting in my yard, silver and fits a 90 with the rear ladder,
Will eventually go on ebay but if anyone's interested pm me, just never made the time to advertise it,
