Why not have a go at painting your own ?

Halfords sell the plastic primer, paint and lacquer for a lot less than you'll be charged by Startech etc

Just a word of caution Phil, the high gloss black finish does look good when new.

However that finish tends to show up scratches much more readily then the Matt black finish.

So as long as you are careful with keys, rings, small tools, padlocks etc that I tend to throw around the front of our Defenders you will be fine.

I have the ability to really screw that up .. painting is not my thing .. give me a hammer and that's a different story! Very Happy 2008 Defender 110 XS SW - M57N2 / 6HP28X
