Hi Guys thanks for all the replies Its in the dealer on thursday so they can have a look... I think it might be hi/low selector linkages rattling, maybe one or more of the nylon top hat bushes have broken up & fallen out at the pivot pin locations on the linkage. The dealer will confirm for me on thursday ...As anyone else suffered with this.... Don't all answer at once NEVER TAKE LIFE SERIOUSLY. NOBODY GETS OUT ALIVE ANYWAY

Fekete,
TX box and selector was not causing my problem it was the main gearbox selector. A common problem due to lack of grease at the time of build!!! (now replaced with a nice new one ) Not that i have gone far yet but all seems to be ok now. I did ask about the TX box and any known issues and the response was that they have not had any on the Puma but did recomend using low range every so often to ensure the selector does not bind. Not sure this is going to help if your problem is with the TX box but did say i would give you an update with mine. Let us know how you get on with resolving yours. Best of luck, J |
