Going back to basics, do a 'drop test'

Clean concrete flat floor, plumb bob and a marker / pencil, carefully mark the floor under each major point, cross member to chassis rail points, suspension points etc. then join the dots and do cross diagonal measurements to check for squareness etc.

Basically a poor mans 'Car o Liner' or jig but it will show if you have chassis distortion.

Well guys, the 110 is back home. the suspension is back to normal (or how it left the factory) and i've seen the before and after data sheets from the bodyshop so all is good in that dept.

The fact it's taken 18 weeks (almost 4 months) to sort is another story. I've gone into more detail on the thread in the 'Insurance' section of the forum if you're interested.

I'm just glad to get the old girl back though Smile "If it ain't sideways, you just ain't tryin'!
