May need a humidifier, air con is the worst for drying out air, this in turn gives you a (temporary) bad chest, cold like symptoms.central heating or warm air heating isn't particularly good for you either. Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.

I suffer greatly at this time of year, more asthma medication needed if I stay in doors, normally go for a walk in the cold air and that sorts it out for a couple of hours. Drs seem unable to understand why it should tho. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to us off. Richard |

Put the kettle on and leave it to boil for 5-10 minutes this puts some moisture in the air, this was recommended to me by a doctor ! 2005 Td5 90 XS

I've got a chest infection right now myself, on quite strong antibiotics.
We've had pretty damp yet warming weather this autumn and hasn't been particularly cold. We've hot both central heating and live fire, the central heating system is being completely replaced in the new year as it's not working very well as it's over ten years old. The live fire is the nicest but only heats and keeps damp from one or two rooms which isn't good enough. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

I work in an aircon office and they keep it so cold I am sure it's not healthy. I get mild cold symptoms so I end up wearing a vest, shirt and woolly jumper. Mind you it can get a bit sweaty on the underground!

I find the office is too warm at 23-25 deg c. I like to take a stroll around the server rooms which sit around 18-19deg c. I find 10 mins in the room and the snuffle/headache has gone. 1999 Defender TD5 110
