Might be a bit late on this topic but I've just changed my oils underneath except the engine which was done not long ago. For the T/box and G/box I used the Castrol Syntrax 75 - 90 uni plus with about 300mls of Moreys added. Much better changes especially since the new T/box had this thick green oil in which looked an smelled like 85 - 140W which we used to use in very large Cat equipment diffs on mine sites.
