After 4 years, I am fitting an item of 'BLING'
For the past 4 years I haven't had a rear diff protector- I kept on thinking about one but never got around to it. Then I have gone and fitted an Ashcroft ATB rear diff so decided to order a Qt one from First Four.

Within a hour of putting the order in I got a phone call 'Bad news, we haven't got that one in stock, do you want the other parts sending on and then this when it arrives?' I was in no rush so said I would wait.

Last week (after waiting for 2 weeks) I got a call again with apologies from them and that Qt are having major supply problems. I could carry on waiting, cancel the order or they will send out a stainless steel one at no extra cost....... They just wanted to ask in case I didn't want a shiney one- I said I would have it......

I thought- how shiney could it be?....... Then it arrived Cool :

At least I will be able to check my hair whilst working under the truck from now on Laughing Laughing . Thumbs up to First Four for the calls and service...... just need them to now supply security bolts so it doesn't get pinched by the local thieves because it is shiny.

Sorry about the photo quality and grubby fingerprints.

Started a trend now. Laughing I think I prefer it to the gold passivated though actually. I painted mine gloss black. Yes, they will probably get damaged but hey go.
