Cut it square back to new metal and weld in a new piece 2.5mm thick, paint and waxoyl |

Mine went in what looks like the same place(on mine both sides) Is that where the chassis rail meets the x-member? 1999 Defender TD5 110

I wouldn't fit a standard rear cross member. Black Sheep will be where I will go in a couple of years...fantastic quality work. The fear of death is the most unjustified of all fears, for there's no risk of accident for someone who's dead.

Clive at Black Sheep is defiantly the place to go this is a picture when it was first fitted. It's such a great improvement over the original as it's real easy to clean.
