Thanks all
![]() Extra goodies... I have a big list but I'm trying to hold back on the impulse buying ![]() First off is wheels/tyres, then soundproofing and some additional security. Waxoyl treatment asap as well. I've got some Focal speakers to replace the LR ones plus a Focal under-seat sub. I'm in no rush to do this as the truck is a 'tiny' bit noisy at present ![]() I'm after a replacement HU - The Alpine CDE-300 that came fitted seems OK but has limited spec. Ideally I want something with bluetooth (audio/telephony), iPhone support and DAB.... I'll be looking for advice on the audio setup later, I know there are plenty of experts on here ![]() Beyond this not sure but I like the look of some of the steering wheel upgrades, interior leather bits, etc, etc. Just need to work out how to keep it under the radar with the missus ![]() Range Rover Evoque |

Keep the steels as they are Wolf. Re-paint if you want another colour! Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender

Got cracking with installing new front speakers and sound treatment in the back of the 90 today.
I know it's probably all been said but I am very impressed with Dynamat - It's very easy to work with and the results are amazing. The noise level and vibration in the back have reduced significantly, money well spent ![]() I managed to cover the entire floor, wheel arches, side-panels and rear of the bulkhead in around 2.5 hours. Some pics taken mid way through... ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge I've still got a few bits to fill and finish taping the joins then need to start thinking about what to cover the Dynamat with ![]() Range Rover Evoque |

I did it inside the warehouse at work so it warmish and dry thankfully.
I reckon it could be a bit trickier if it was very cold but the stuff is very flexible and seems to just fit wherever you need it to. It was such a pleasure to work with I'm looking forward to finishing the back and getting cracking in the front ![]() The only downside is the cost I guess, it's not cheap. Doing the loadspace area & side-panels has used around £170 worth... 2013 Defender 90 HT Range Rover Evoque |

That's better though than buying cheap and getting rubbish, others have said other brands have nasties in it like lead.

When driving in the sand in Namibia you pass lots of ML carcasses - we refer to them as Tupperware. I wouldn't change those steels but I'm sure the new ones will look good too. Congratulations and welcome to the world of Defenders; it's a nice place. '13 Defender 90
