It's the standard unit that came with the car - an Alpine CD Receiver - model number CDE130R. '13 Defender 90

IIRC the Parrot kits connect "in-line" of the wiring harness, which is normally ISO connectors on the Parrot. Not an issue in the 2.4 Defender as it is ISO as standard.
Not exactly sure how they have configured them now, but if the HU accepts an ISO connection and the 2.2 is specific all you should need is an ISO adaptor. Problem would be is if the HU isn't ISO, then you would need to change it. Not likely IMO but a possibility. Another owner can likely clarify that quickly for you.
