I've found that clutch slip at higher revs, that point when you're just about to change gear, can often be down to contamination of the friction plate. I had those symptoms when my fuel pressure regulator was leaking, again when there was an oil leak on the rocker cover via the semi circle bit of gasket. It was really noticable in wet weather and there's a junction I sometimes pull out of where it is necessary to boot it to get into the traffic flow. I could stall the thing at tickover, no problems towing but when upping the revs towards the higher end it would slip. Those symptoms have all gone now that the leaks have been sorted, mines on 160k and still on the original clutch. I've known some people spray a tin of brake cleaner in the bell housing to degrease the plates.

I don't think it is a grease clutch but I will check. I replaced the fuel regulater about a year ago and I didn't see any oil coming out the bell housing.
The clutch slips as soon as the turbo comes is or if I give some throttle in the middle rev range. I higher revs (3500+) it doesn't slip.

At least for them the hills were interresting. With the Simex tyres I could just walk up most off the hills except the one I needed severall attempts. I succeeded but that time my codriver didn't have the camera on. Mr. Green Roel

Yes it is a once a year event after the motorcross season.
125 cars max. I was there half an hour before opening and I had number 76. So I think there were more then 100 cars. But it is fun seeing the lesser cars struggle while I just drive around looking for more difficult spots. Roel
