Shows how you should recover properly. Remember years ago being snatch recovered the defender never drove the same.

I would have thought that the obvious approach would be to have anchored the winch truck to the large trailer that was side on behind it right from the start. I suppose that it wouldn't make such exciting viewing though!

The old phrase "all the gear and no idea" springs to mind.
