Quick update a purchased a good ecu off ebay- fitted it this morning using hawkeye to program codes and she started first time and runs like a dream Thumbs Up
May look into getting the old ecu repaired as as spare
Thank you for all your help and suggestions
Hans- hope yours is an easy repair too
