According to UK Vehicle Lighting Regulations there is no maximum wattage for headlights!

All headlights and optional headlights have to be type approved or E marked and wired correctly.

For use on UK public highways which includes green lanes all head lights and optional headlights have to be type approved (i.e. E marked) and wired so that they go off/dipped mode automatically when the main beam is dipped.

There is no legal requirements on headlights or optional lights when driving off the public highway.

There is no legal restriction on having non type approved optional lights FITTED to a vehicle, only on using them on the public highway.

I'm a fan of. Light force lights and roo lights for a value for money alternative .

I am testing a 2 foot led bar at the moment top row spotlight boart to row fog light pattern.both sets come on at once although some models can come on separately .

Great for off roading and very robust so far.

Simon has one on his buggy and mine is on my 90

Wing mirror LEDs . I don't think I'm the first to do but a nice finish all the same. Wiring through the arm and in through the door hinge onto side lights. That makes 16 sidelights coming on for me . Will finish up the wiring and post pics of both finished tomorrow .
