hi Paul - welcome to the forum, what's that on the roof of your 90?
Unfortunately I'm not going on the l2b, last minute stuff cropped up, so while waiting for the phone to ring I fitted some SVX LED indicators and some 8700s, installed with duralac paste. Sunday, I fitted some security to the sankey - cheers Rob and fitted the FCX DRL bumper to the 110 - had to remake the loom so that it fitted properly, took about 3 hours to fit. That's correct. The roof heightening panel is a "Dutch tax optimizer"
Recently there was an entire thread where Dutch car taxes were highlighted, can't find the link now anymore. You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

If you mean the raised roof, that has to do with the tax authorities in the Netherlands. Several adjustments are required if you are driving a passengers car as a van (less tax). One of the requirements is that the roof of the loading space has to be 25 centimeters higher than the door opening from driver of passenger................. |
