Went last 2 years, smallish but always got what I wanted to buy. Get there early as it can get very busy and buy tickets before hand to avoid que to get in, would be my advice.

Well, What was the general opinion on this show?

We had a stand there, but there wasn't many people that turned up. Visitor numbers were very low, no doubt due to poor advertising of the event. Rolling Eyes

I can't comment on the event (I wasn't there Embarassed ) but the advertising made it look rather high level and bland.

The website (most people's first real port of call) was pretty awful with an atrociously amateur video and that didn't help.

It needs to invest a bit more in brand building to compete with the big headline events. Some strong tie-ups with the press would probably help.

Just my opinion Confused

Sorry it didn't go so well - it's a shame if these events don't flourish. Will you be at Billing? If so, I'll make a bee-line to come and find you Thumbs Up One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

alantd - I'll be at all three LRO shows this year, as well as the Manby show.

All show dates are on my website homepage, here: http://www.td5alive.com/index.php

I'll look forward to seeing you, and dispensing some forum discount then! Mr. Green Thumbs Up
