2016 Defender 130 Puma 2.2 HCPU Santorini Black
I wanted a white one when ordering. I do change mine every 2 yrs and the trade always loves grey and black. I chatted it over with a couple of dealers and that's the cars they prefer to have back. When selling to Nene, he said the same.

So another grey one it is. I factor depreciation into my running costs. If it were my last one as a keeper, white! That's down for my 2015my order Thumbs Up 1951 80" S1 2.0

As above personal choice but I do like the look of the corris Grey. I'm not too fussed about it being the most popular choice it would be like complaining my last transit was white Smile

We have ordered our Keswick 90 with an Indus Silver roof. We thought that the Indus would complement some of the "silver" parts,...alloy wheels etc.
Cheers, Pickles.

Will be intrested to see how that turns out - you don't have any photos to post by any chance?

Exactly why I'd chosen Orkney over Keswick. i just couldn't live with the idea of endless waiting. It would kill me! Mr. Green

I agree, if you wan the back for dogs, get a utility xs

heres mine in firenze red, so many are shades of grey or silver I hope that IF i sell it on in years to come the red will be a bit more sought after, I personally think silver is a bit over done

get a LR dog guard in the back and load liner, and cheaper than the full seat station wagon version

even better if like me you can claim back the £5000 VAT

Thanks so much for everyone's comments and opinion, I really appreciate it. Even though Grey and Green are coming out on top in the survey, other peoples comments and further research are leading me to think I'm now torn between Firenze Red with the Black roof, or the new Blue with silver roof. Either colour with the duel finish alloys and privacy glass.

I get what everyone is saying about getting the Utility, but I want the dog to be able to see out and in good weather poke his head out the windows which he loves doing so it will be a Station wagon. I don't want people to think he's pampered or anything!

C'Mon....Go traditional, Go Keswick with a silver roof?! But seriously, it is of course your choice, I reckon one of your other chosen alternatives, Blue with silver roof would look very smart too.
Cheers, Pickles.

I would say push for your chosen spec of keswick with a white roof and white wolf rims. But as thats the spec on my truck I suppose I would say that. Laughing
Just as a thought, silver does not go well with the keswick at all, they look pretty awful with the silver grilles IMHO. 2011 110 USW

Having had a Stornoway Grey (much maligned by the Calmac staff from the Isle of Lewis who had actually complained to LR ... I pointed out there was also "Orkney Grey" but it just seemed to make matters worse!) I deliberated over a lot of colours for Defender number 2 and ended up with Corris Grey. Partly because I have been trying to do an X Tech lookalike, I would get bored with bright colours & white makes the ute look like a van. May not be everybody's thing but i'm really happy how it turned out ...
