2.2 re map
Helo all

I have just got a defender 90 2.2 and although its probably been asked a million time !
can anyone give me any pointers on re maps

I have had pete bell do me a 2.4 a few years ago !
and Je did my y plate td5

I have to say the new engine is rather fantastic albeit ive only done 500 miles

any pointers would be greatly appreciated

yes talk to pete at BAS (site sponsor ) you can gain about 45hp and 90nm of torque from just the map alone with 2 options just a remap which the ecu is opened and re programed which could void the warranty

or option 2 is pay the extra money and have a complete new ecu with the map on it keeping your original
un touched and changable for any service or warranty work

As a dealer will certainly know its been mapped by just driving it

A close friend has just had his brand new 110 done by pete.

It drives so much better but feels factory
