L405 (New RR) mpg vs Puma
had a 405 last week, on the morning commute it did:

Next years hybrid should be even better so I read. Performance of V8 petrol with better mpg than V8 diesel.

no more than usual, we then sat and idled in traffic which dropped it to 37.9 for the whole trip, photo is about a mile before the end.

and yes SG is set up correct.

not over 50mph and obviously not rushing. Cheers

Pretty impressive for such a car, Infact very impressive. In the 10,000 miles done in the 3.6tdv8 RR it has averaged 19mpg

I would check it the old fashioned way ie fill to auto shut off then set speedo to nil. Distance to next auto shut off will be a true measure. I have never yet come across an accurate mpg display.
But if you can afford a new FFRR then I suspect fuel costs are a minor variable ! Laughing
