I know of a 11 reg X-TECH for sale nearby and the owner hasn't had one enquiry. Used as a car with 40,000m. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

good find Matt, i have kept on to see if they put it up for sale but thought they had someone for it they brought it with no quibble what so ever
