My lovely Defender has gone to a new home
Well after much soul searching I decided to advertise my lovely Defender after two years of ownership. Due to a recent change in my circumstances it had to go to a new home and its new driver is thrilled with it. I am really going to miss her and all the banter about Defenders on here. I have learnt much from a lot of you guys and guidance from site members has enhanced my experience of this amazing machine. I wish time and money would have allowed me to use it more for the purpose it was designed but I have to say I have really enjoyed working on it and that feeling of invincibility when driving it.

I may pop in and out of here and with luck I may be back, who knows what the future holds Smile

Hope it doesn't snow to much this year Big Cry

I'm still not over selling mine before Christmas!

Strange really, considering it was uncomfortable, slow, noisy, thirsty.... I'd have it back like a shot though if I could!

My sympathies for your loss. Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender
