Had my Kicker tweeters a couple of months ago and found that one X over had a fault and wasn't working from the factory, I obviously had to exchange them for another set but purchase was over 30 days. ( 1yr warranty from manufacturer though)
Anyway, asked about it and they said no problem and exchanged them straight away and the new one's have just arrived. Over all very pleased indeed and also with all the other items I've had too seeing as Kicker is quite difficult to get hold of over here for certain items. Even gave me the odd discount when I have asked nicely along with ordering in special items not available anywhere but the USA.

+1 Steve, my last purchase from them was around 3pm on a Friday, and was still here Saturday with the post!! Cant fault service like that
