Have the same problem with my TDCI at the mo - the original arial became rusty so have tried to repaced it with a few new ones but all of them have had some interferance and poor reception.
I've gone so far as buying an actual landorver one recently and although better - still not as good as the first one! I've even ran cables up from the chassis to 'ground' the base but that was not a sucess at all - made it worse any ideas?
