Due to a Motor failure we have had to run on diesel instead of Gas.
This month we burnt 476,371 gallons. So at 28mpg that = 13,388,406 miles. Lets say a Land Rover averaged 1000miles per month So we could have run 13,388 Land Rovers for one month Puts it into perspective Original Member Pie n Pea Club. 110 HCPU Tipper |

Blimey Willy you got me thinking there:
Where I work we burn between 500,000 and 1m litres of aviation fuel per week. That equates to between 445,000 and 900,000 gallons per month! I could drive my Land Rover 25,200,000 miles or last me 2,290 years at the rate of mileage I am doing at the moment. Again got a bit of time on my hands today. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |
