Due to a Motor failure we have had to run on diesel instead of Gas.
This month we burnt 476,371 gallons. So at 28mpg that = 13,388,406 miles. Lets say a Land Rover averaged 1000miles per month So we could have run 13,388 Land Rovers for one month Puts it into perspective Original Member Pie n Pea Club. 110 HCPU Tipper |

Blimey Willy you got me thinking there:
Where I work we burn between 500,000 and 1m litres of aviation fuel per week. That equates to between 445,000 and 900,000 gallons per month! I could drive my Land Rover 25,200,000 miles or last me 2,290 years at the rate of mileage I am doing at the moment. Again got a bit of time on my hands today. ![]() Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |
