Hunters are very helpful, but god help you if you need and bodywork done especially whilst under warranty.
It's a shame they have to send all bodywork jobs to the Mercedes Bodyshop who are completely useless. It took 4 visits, 6 weeks, a broken aerial, incomplete work, etc.... And the result......the windscreen/bulkhead seal still leaks. In the end I got fed up going back and to and sorted it out myself. Mechanical & Electrical work Hunters are no problem as they do the work themselves....cosmetic/body work Mercedes Roadrange let them down. If they got rid of that element they would be pretty good. |
