Draining water from the fuel system?
Is this done by slackening the bottom valve off on the fuel filter in the rear wheel arch and letting some diesel to run through?
Also, is there another place this needs to be done?

That's my understanding. If you've got heaps in there, you'd need to drain the tank. One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS
