I obtained a host of LRS when I cut down and disposed of a palm tree..
Several whole LRS families made themselves at home all over the inside of the wagon - it was like a Hammer Horror move after opening the door following 3 weeks away at work ! Had to evict them with a vacuum cleaner to be able to see the seats! (at least there are now no flies in the wagon! ) Poppy - TDCI (Puma) 110XS 2.2 - Camper conversion - see the build here - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic56530.html Elgar -TDCI(Puma) 110XS Dormobile - now sold Devon & Cornwall 4x4 Response - DC126 |

You should try driving a soft top 90! especially as I did the tip run last week with several big dumpy bags of old fence and hedge cuttings...
Was like Aragog and his family had come to stay |

You mean that Harry's family have found a new home that makes me feel a lot better. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to us off. Richard |

I remember after we rebuilt my 90, finding that a LRS had moved in, sort of made it a proper Land Rover! Our blog - http://landytravels.com/

In France at the moment and I seem to have acquired Le Web and Le Spider near the rear door. Think it could be attempting illegal immigration to the UK? BM52

Dudes
Only had the 110 for two weeks but The LRS that it came with is very small, only about 10mm across ...I guess this is a short wheel base LRS from a 90 . Been on to landrover and they are going to change it for a proper big 'un Wes |

I've got to say Brendan's Lrs web was very impressive and looked stronger than some of my building work

Yeah,.....but you ain't got no "bad boys", have you?
Down under, we have,...several in fact,....that can do you serious grief,,,Red backs, Funnel Webs, White Tailed, etc etc....and the biggest, the Huntsman.....which can bite, but not poisonous, problem is the big ones can be 5" across, I had one drop down on my lap in the car a few years ago...in HEAVY traffic. I stopped the car IMMEDIATELY & got out....NOT good! Cheers, Pickles. |

I've modified my LRS over the years. Now it's got thicker legs, eye protectors (safety glasses), stomach guard and a rack for its back so it can carry more.
I'll be fitting its winter legs in a few weeks. |
