Hi
I need to remove the door cards on my double cab and wanted to know if anybody has diagrams/hints on how to do it without breaking to many of the clips holding them on. Also, is there a trim removal tool that makes life easier ? I originally thought that I would just buy a complete new set of clips for each door until I found out there are 24 clips per door and they cost 69p each plus VAT Ta Bob |

I saw those clips but the chassis number range looks like it is only for TD5's.
I was going to wait until the genuine LR ones arrive this week and then compare them to see if they are the same. Bob |

Will do Karl.
I found some others on ebay and, I must admit, they do all look the same. I might pester my dealer to see if there is a diagram detailing the card removal. Bob |

I took the rear door card off at the weekend - to tighten up the door lock mechanism that was loose (even though it had a pre-delivery check )
It was on fairly firmly - I just popped it off from the hinge side using a screwdriver (no special tool!) None of the fixings broke - so once i'd finished with the lock just lined it up and popped it back on Job done! Jools 2003 90 XS SW Support Devon & Cornwall 4x4 Response - www.buy.at/dc4x4 |

Karl Just picked up my clips and they look exactly like the ones on flea bay but mine cost 69p each Any idea where your pictures went ??? My dealer said there were no tricks to removing the door cards - just keep your fingers crossed that you don't break all the clips ! Bob |
