Love the Landy and the scenery looks cracking. Those TUAAMs, function or form?

Semi... it's just the mounting rubbers, no TUAAM boxes. the N/S has the radio aerial, and the O/S has the CB antenna in it. But i'm getting fed up with them... looks a bit waltish and in the way, so think they'll be coming off soon.

With you on that, ok if you are into the militaria scene, bu otherwise........

liking that canvas, you had her naked this summer?

my plan is to acquire a S1 and run that naked in the summer months, I just love the simplicity of those things. I built a S3 on a galv chassis some years back and converted it from a hard top to canvas, it was lush!

Funnily enough, as I came over one of the byways in Lambourn, across the gallops, a chap trundled past the other way in a S1 80" soft top, door tops removed. I had my tops off by then, so it was like old meets new..

Thumbs Up

Will have to make sure we do a few lanes together soon. You can drive in comfort and I'll tag along behind on the quad. 110 D250 SE HT

Can do. Stange though, thats the second or third time it's gone flat. Perhaps I don't use it enough. Must make an effort to get out more on it. Jo was surprised when you told her the speed you managed on her quad Shocked . Trice as fast as she's ever been on it Rolling with laughter 110 D250 SE HT

Had the afternoon off work, as I'm on call this week, so start again at 17:30hrs. So headed through Marlborough (Westwoods), out onto Salisbury plain, then the phone went, so had to get over to Lambourn... where there's loads of byways! from there across Sugar hill to the A419 and on to Cirencester, so did about 100 miles all told, quite a lot off road.

wow, where abouts are you based? westwoods is just a few miles away from me. i was with a mate who done it a patrol at 60+mph in a foot of snow. then cut back on the oare/clench common road. was certainly interesting. Shocked Laughing
