They are very nice, comfy and supportive. Got them off ebay, they were in a golf R32 and are from a company called raceland

Had its first real towing test a few weeks ago. Took one car and picked up my new classic track day car
. Only downside was the BFG MTs in the wet conditions  . On the uphill drag onto the woodhead pass i was getting wheelspin in 3rd  . Currently working on getting the bodywork tidier so i can get it back into one colour. Am also thinking of putting a truckcab top on?? but havent convinced myself on that yet. After all it will be going up for sale when finished

Getting there with the bodywork now
 . Soon be ready for some paint  . Got the rear capping swapped today for nice galvy ones. Remaoved the old ones to find no paint underneath! no wonder they corrode

 . I have narrowed it down to about 700 possible colours . Whereabouts were you in Mexboghorror?

I had mine painted at the beginning of the year and couldn't decide on what colour, in the end I went original, belize

Belize or coniston would be the easiest option for me but then again i never take the easy option
. I have even considered army nato green with a gloss laquer. Possible contenders are all green
Wimbledon green(30th RR) woodcote green(same as my old D2) mosswood green(RR LSE colour) nato/olive drab I suppose a lot will depend on how nice i can get the body prior to paint. The metalics will show up any defects more. Nato green covers anything but wont do a deal for the resale value

Yep it is a nice colour. One day i will bite the bullet and make a decision, until then it will stay green/grey/black

Darren, that is another option on my not so shortlist along with keswick green,galway green, and even more wacky stuff like colima lime (evoque colour) and tintern green (p38 holland and holland LE)

Car is all stripped and the rubbing down has started
. Painted one side of the tub in nato green just to see what it looked like and i like it . So that looks like the new favourite, just got to decide if i should leave it satin or give it some laquer

Well its all back into one colour for the first time in 3 years
. Currently Satin nato green . Will let it harden and weather for a few weeks then decide if i am going to laquer over it to give a full gloss finish
