Kahn
Anyone on here got Khan wheels & any feedback on quality etc.

Just think of wheel options at present & I've been offered a set.

Cheers

Be VERY, VERY CAREFUL

WHY?

Have a read of the Kahn website

Kahn Defender wheels are NOT recommended for off road use!

NO load ratings are given!

Whereas there is a discussion on what TUV actually means I can not readily find a clear statement that the wheels are TUV approved. It might be there but so far have not found it!

We were offered these wheels when they first started selling them. They stated that they were not TUV approved but were getting TUV approval!

Just remember that those black round things and what is in the middle of them keeps your vehicle in contact with the road.

Brendan

PS Edited to add stick to roads and low speeds they may well be fine

I would echo Brendan's caution. I looked at these 'pretty' wheels and walked away from them as they are not TUV approved.

Went for the tried and tested Zu instead. Proud owner 110 Utility XS

Maybe not the case now? It says the 'vast majority' are TUV approved (with appropriate load ratings...)

Funnily enough I was down at Kahn today. I voiced my concern over lack of tuv approval for the defender wheels, they tell me they are going for tuv approval in two to three weeks. I personally would wait until they had it.

Hi Barbara

Yes they tell me hope to have paperwork in a couple of weeks, as my defender is not coming till end of September I might wait but still a bit concerned by the "not for off road use"

Really like the look of 18 inch alloys on defender especially with zero / 10 offset so will what is about that is okay for off road Thumbs Up 2020 P300 HSE
