Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can shed some light on things for me. I have a 110 hard-top utility, ex SSE, with side lockers fitted. The other night when closing the locker the rubber seal/hinge gave way, leaving me with the door in my hand, currently it is duck-taped shut. ![]() I used to run an ex-military 110, and the plate showing all that information (batch no, consignment no, military reg mark, date of issue, etc) was on the side of the seat box under the driver's seat. This one doesn't have such a plate, there's no mark on the VIN plate on top of the brake servo and I can't find a plate along the windscreen. Does anyone have any idea where I could find either a) the contract/consignment no? or b) a new hinge/seal? On closer inspection the other hinge looks as though its days may be numbered, so I'm looking for 2. ![]() If anyone has any ideas I'd be more than pleased to hear from you. Many thanks. Have you spoken to George McLay at GEMM at Larbet, Bobby Muir might be able to help.
