1999 Defender 110 Td5 SW Caledonian Blue

Rim Sizes

A mate has seen a set of 2nd hand tyres & rims in Spain (he lives there) for his 110. The tyres currently fitted are 7.50x16 tyres and the rims are 5J 16.
Whats the max width tyre you can fit to this rim?

7J 16 are Disco?
6J 16 are LWB?
5J 16 are ??? 1999 Defender TD5 110

I'd say 5J are old series SWB rims.

normal 90/110 plain steel rims are 6J I think (wolf/130 rims are 6.5)
