Defender wheel arch extension refinishing
Hi All,
Defender re-paint is getting underway and I want to restore the black arch extensions (they've gone dull and sparkly) back to original rather than paint body colour. Does anybody know of a product that will restore them but not crack?
Cheers,

Would car bumper & handle cleaner/restorers like Black Chrome or Back to Black(!) be any use? Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender

There's a paint called Bumper Paint, is a sort of matt black that gives a nice textured finish. My painter rubbed down the bumper, mirrors and mudguards that were red on acolour coded Scania 143 and repainted them in this. The results were amazing-all the plastics looked as new. I'll get the name tomorrow and post it.
Cheers
