I'm sure that it isnt a matter of fuel economy, but versitiltiy and comfort. if any of us were worried about MPG then I'm sure we would be driving a nissan micra or toyota yaris rather than a 65 yr old design based on 2 house bricks.. There are lots ways to make a camper, but this is one that has the ability to be left off when not in use - so is probably gives better overall MPG than mine which is fitted with a kitchen, wardrobe, watertanks and roofrack all the time. I've not gone for a Pop top, but these also create wind resistance and are not able to be removed ... It's not my cup of tea, but its a great bit of kit and looks very useful! Were you at the HUBB recently?
There was a grey 130 there with a bimobil thing on it. |

Very nice.
I do like the idea of it being demountable so then you have your defender to amble around in. |

That was us at the HUBB with the Bimobil Camper/130 set up. I am aware of forum rules on offering trade advice, so I am happy to answer any general questions on demountables through the forum but for anything else please drop me a line info@adventureoverlanduk.com and I will be happy to help!
