How do i get the standard bumper off?
Do i have to take the front grill off in order to get some room to access the bolts fixing the front bumper?
Urgent assistance in how to do this is required as i have got someone coming to pick it up.

Thanks

If you have AC you will need to remove the AC cover if not the bolts come straight out Mike

Thanks for replying guys.
For future reference. You can get them off without removing anything on the air con model as there is a small gap in order to do this.

Thanks

Having just (2 nights ago) but the genuine winch bumper on there was no way near the room with my aircon, so it would look like you had some luck (or build quality issues Razz )
(the instructions also say remove) Mike

At the bottom of the grill surround, above the bolts, there are gaps. I assumed that these were there in order to get the bolts through?? If a job is worth doing....

No they didnt appear to be - also; although i used my ratched spanner on one bolt - you would never be able to get a normal socket in that gap, certainly something you should do to torque the winch bumper bolts (although i forgot to do this on the bumper bolts) Mike

You are right, you cant get a normal socket in there, but the ratchet spanner did the job. If a job is worth doing....
